Crouzet's expertise in both SSR design and thermal management enables us to provide customers with a pre-assembled solution to their solid state relay requirements. Each assembly comes ready-to-use, eliminating in-house assembly, heat sink calculations, and the need to source extrusion profiles. Furthermore, each standard assembly utilizes the reliability and technology only available in our GN series solid state relays. These features, coupled with Crouzet's superior customer service and support team, provide our customers with a level of convenience not easily found in the market today!

The standard assemblies are DIN mounted and available with either one, two, or three solid state relays. The SSR's are available with or without an IP20 touch-safe housing and come with built-in transient protection (eliminates the need for external MOV's), and a LED input status indicator. Load current ratings range from 16 amps (simple DIN bracket) to 45 amps (two-relay assembly) per phase at 660Vac (max). Ideal applications include commercial or industrial ovens and furnaces, temperature chambers, extrusion/thermoforming equipment, dryers, temperature controls systems, conveyor & lift systems, sterilizers, solder reflow machinery, incubation systems, HVAC&R equipment, and pump controls.
